I am a girl on the go and I never sit down during the week day and have breakfast. I needed to make something that I could eat on the run, but was still healthy. It was a cold and snowy day in Michigan when I created this recipe, basically I wanted a warm bowl of oatmeal, but in a driving friendly form. This is nutrition packed and a breakfast that will keep you feeling full until your lunch hour.
